Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out as soon as possible.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada & USA: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs delays, weather, or high demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Shipping carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
