Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A refund will not be issued for items that do not meet our return conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be changed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
